Possibility 1: House in Cerdanyola del Vallès
The house is at 30 minutes from Barcelona, by train, car or bus. The train station is 5 minutes away, walking. The bus station is at the door of the house. Cerdanyola is a city of 50.000 hab. It’s not a «touristic» city by itself, but it has a very good situation, to know the more important touristic points of Catalonia. This is the house where we live now, but in the next months we are going to move to another house, and this house is going to be rented to students (we have a university in Cerdanyola), so it will be free from mid june to the beginning of september. At the first floor you have a garage, a very big kitchen a very big dinning room and a W.C. There is a little garden, too. At the second floor there are three double bedrooms (one of them with bathroom), another single bedroom and a big bathroom. At the third floor there is a big room where could sleep easily three or four people. So at the house can sleep ten or eleven people, if some of them sleep at the dining room of the first floor and other some sleep at the third floor.

Possibility 2: House in S’Agaró (Platja d’Aro)- Page 1

It`s a house with 3 floors at the touristic zone of S`Agaró, a part of the City of Platja d’Aro, in Girona (Catalonia, Spain). At the first floor you find a very big area with two levels, with the dining room and the kitchen. There is too a little garden and a little bathroom. The sofa of the dining room is a bed for two people, too.

At the second floor there three double bedrooms (one of them with bathroom) and another bathroom. At the third floor there is a little space with a washing machine and a very big solarium. The house is 5 minutes away using car a lot of very typical cities and towns on the beach (Platja d’Aro, Palamós, Sant Feliu de Guixols...) You can go walking to 2 supermarkets and to a very big commercial zona with bowling, 10 cinemas and a lot of shops and restaurants. It`s only 30 minutes away from Girona, one of the 4 more important cities of Catalonia, and very well known thanks to his «jewish quarter» of many centuries ago. It’s only one hour away of France. It has a very big swimming pool for all the neighbors. It’s available all the year, but not in august, and sometimes not in july...
